Stuck port lock

One of the locks (the one in the 4 o'clock position) on my almost new #6808.1 housing appears to have become stuck in the locked position, making it impossible to remove the porthole cap. Is this a common problem? Is it something I can fix myself or must I send the housing back to Indianapolis, with the cost that entails?

Problem solved! I wasn't sure I dared loosen the screw a little until a friend told me it was quite safe to unscrew it a fraction of a turn, which did the trick.

The port lock screws can be loosened slightly if necessary. They are meant to fit fairly snugly while still allowing smooth movement. They should not wobble loosely on the track.
