Whats Up With Scuba Pro and Rodales??

In the latest issue of Rodales, there is a small inconspicuous article that basically says:

Scuba pro has asked that thier equipment not be reviewed by the Testers and in future will not submit any of their equipment for testing.

Wonder what triggered that?
