The Pulse is a great basic open heel fin, which is affordable. The comfortable sculptured foot pocket equipped with quick release adjustable buckles and strap assembly gives it features of a more expensive fin. The Pulse has a rubberized bottom sole which gives them great traction when warn on a wet boat or pool deck. Oh Yea, and the name tells you. You get outstanding propulsion in a pulse.
