So far I've found one place in SE Asia (Tulamben) where you can hire cylinders/weights and self-cater your shore diving, without having to take along a guide. Are there any other places you know of? I had this discussion with 2 other well-traveled instructors over Christmas and we couldn't think of anywhere else...
