I found what I believe to be the same make/model of strap (no guarantees it is exactly the same, but does appear similar):

In that posting, it states that the Pin style strap fits for: ScubaPro Twin Jet, Scubapro Jet, Aqua-Lung (U.S. Divers) Rocket, XS Scuba Power, Ocean Management Systems (OMS) Slipstream, International Divers Inc (IDI) Power, International Divers Inc (IDI) Frog Foot and most other metal type fin buckles.

Sorry could not be more exact, but that is the best info I got for now.
