Ikelite Housing Question

My brother has a Sony DSC-W290 and Ikelite has discontinued the housing for that camera. Is there any other housing out there that works just as good that will fit that camera? Or will the housing for another camera (similar to his) like the W230 fit his W290? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, the W290 does not fit and operate properly in any of the similar housings for other Sony models.

I believe Sony also made a housing for this model, so you may check their website for compatibility and availability.

Lots of newer models have recently been announced by all of these camera manufacturers and are trickling into our local camera store. So look for announcements of many new housings over the next couple of months.
