Housing for Sony HDR-FX1

Hello and wet greetings to all!

For my 1st post i am looking for a housing for my Sony HDR FX1 camera, if you have one please message me, i have been scouring the boards and havent had much luck with replies.

I was going to suggest that RLMkids might still have one for sale, but I guess not. Have you looked on wetpixel (www.wetpixel.com)? That's where you can find most pro videographers. There are a couple of rental agencies listed on the Gates site, you might give them a call, as the housing is now obsolete. You might just get a smoking deal on a used one. Or contact Gates directly. They may have a trade in. Pamela is great to work with at Gates.

Be aware that the FX1 housed is a monster. Boat crews hate it for it's large size, and while the camera is a good one, modern cameras are lighter, smaller, with better lenses. Of course, if you already own the FX1....
