I read in the manual that I can track up to three transmitters. My most common dive buddy is contemplating getting the exact same setup as mine. Can I monitor his transmitter and mine, and he monitor my transmitter and his at the same time? Kind of like a spare set of eyes on each others transmitters?
 
Yes, as long as you register his transmitter with your T3 and he/she registers your transmitter with his/her T3.
