Aqautica macro port and strobe arm

Hi,

I'm looking for these items:

Aquatica macro port. Depending on whether I can buy the AF/MF (#18426) or the AF (#18428) port, I'm also interested in focus gear (#18670 and #18682) for the Nikon 60mm f/2.8 lens.
Strobe arm suitable for mounting a Sea & Sea YS-110 strobe on the Aquatica housing. I already have a Sea & Sea tray and arm (from a previous compact camera setup, see attached image), that I can't reuse as-is with the Aquatica housing, but if necessary I can reuse parts of it to build something that does work.

I'm located in Belgium (Europe).
