Refresher course/beginner dives in Miami/Key West

Hi

I am doing a road trip down to Miami and Key West. I got my certification 1.5 yrs ago but haven't dived since and would like to do a refresher course.

Are there any recommendations on a good dive operator in the Miami and/or Key West area to do my refresher course with (someone safe and reputable)?

Recommendations on where to stay and eat are also appreciated.

I am a huge fan of Kevin at Underwater Explorers out of Boynton Beach just north of Miami. He is a great DM and can do everything from OW certs to more advanced dives. Nice big boat and personal service. Give them a call and let them know what you need and I am sure they can take care of you. I also think that this area is some of the better reef diving in the mainland US.
