Plus what else can you do with a shop with an adjacent indoor pool...
I've met a couple of staff at an Expo, but remember best a few of their customers fm San Carlos; they were very kind. I wish them all the very best in the future.
Turn it into a gym. Frame a floor over the pool. Fill in the pool.
