I'm thinking about moving down there and would probably try to dive just using my 24 footer. Are the moorings permanant? Is it cool to do the dive an leave the boat unattended? Is 24ft. big enough? Which wrecks/reefs are the best?

any info appreciated

The inlet is in Boynton Beach, not Delray. There's a webcam on the inlet so you can look at the conditions before you try going out: South Lake Worth Inlet Web Cam

There are three wrecks, the Captain Tony in 85', the Bud Bar in 95', and the Castor in 112'. All three are very close to each other and with a DPV, you can actually dive all three on the same dive.

A 24' boat is plenty big enough if it's the right kind of boat :)
