I have opened a closed-bid auction for open-circuit and closed-circuit technical diving gear, and open-circuit sport gear.

The original purchase price for the items was $40,000-$50,000 in 2006 and 2007.

The auction reserve is $10,000.

Please contact diver@nmi.net if you want to participate in the auction.

The auction closes at midnight on May 4th, 2011.

Visit Andrew Robinson, CGEIT, CISM, CISSP, CSSLP | LinkedIn for more information about me, plus recommendations and references.

You might get some more interest if you say what is in the auction including brand and sizes. Also would help if you broke it up, not everyone is going to want your exact same kit.

I thought I posted this last week, but either it's not in the thread so I'm re-posting. This is a single-lot auction. I once had it split up into 24 items and it was complete chaos. If no one wants to buy everything then I guess I was meant to keep it :)

GENERAL NOTES ABOUT SCUBA GEAR

• This SCUBA gear was purchased between April 2005 and November 2007 unless otherwise noted.

• This SCUBA gear has not been used or serviced since December 2007 unless otherwise noted (some tanks received a VIP in 2008).

• Rechargeable batteries must be fully discharged and recharged before use.

• Items with non-rechargeable batteries will need new batteries before use.

• Most of the items have “ATR” marked in black or silver Sharpie.

• Regulators and other critical life-support equipment must be examined and if necessary serviced by a qualified SCUBA equipment technician before use.

• SCUBA tanks have not been visually inspected since 2008 at the latest, and some of the tanks will require hydrostatic testing in 2011. Check the manufacture date and VIP date before use.
