I'm interested in learning more about the geology/hydrology of cave systems. Can anyone recommend a good beginning text for the scientifically oriented?

Thanks,
Jim

Try "Spelology : Caves and the Cave Environment"
by Nicholas Sullivan, George W. Moore for a start.

there is a fantastic text on Karst Hydrology by "P W Williams" for the scientific minded, it is a graduate level hydrology/geomorphology text written by the guy that supervised my thesis. I have not seen one that comes close.
