volunteering with a marine conservation programme

has anyone tried the various volunteering progammes and recommed one? there seems to be quiet a few companies offering but not sure if they are value for money and cant really find any user reviews on these.

what i'm looking for is a maybe a 2 weeks in asia or caribbeian to include a padi training as well. open water and plus another course
