I am researching regulators and the only formal reviews I have found for the Maximus are from back in 2005 or 2006. I heard that the Brut was revamped in the last couple of years, but don't know about the Maximus. I am just wondering if anything has changed to improve performance. And is it still not technically nitrox-ready out of the box.
 
The Maximus is still the same dependable model as it was in 2005. To use Nitrox , you will need to have a dealer install the 4000-4N kit.
