Need quick answers before I buy??

Hey Guys, I have the opportunity to buy a Seaquest Spectrum 4 BC for $60, the seller says it was last inspected in 2009 but has not been used since, is it worth it? I am starting my Rescue course in a couple days, and will be going to a DM course in Nov, then on to IDC in Dec. Need to know if this gear will hold up, and if its worth it?

Don't buy without inspecting it. The plastic reinforcment darts sewn on the bc cover to manage the harness can crumble and cannot be repaired.

Thanks, I can't go inspect, so I'm gonna hold off on buying it.
