Epic Dive Download Problem

Well last weekend I did 11 dives and when trying to download them today it will only let me download dives 5-11. I have tried restarting everything, saving dives 5-11 and trying to re-download in hopes 1-4 show up but they do not. They are still in the log on the computer and still part of the history as well.

Any ideas?

My husband I have been having similar problems with out Atmos AI computers. 20 dives on the computer, only 1 will download to PC.

What is your sampling rate? If its high (2 seconds) that might be the issue. Its not for us as our sampling rate is 15 seconds.

We sent both our computers to Aeris. If you watch my thread I'm going to update when we get an answer.

I have it set on 2 seconds....after some searching it looks like that is the problem. O well lesson learned haha
