Quite a story. Ignoring the reason why Gavin & English felt the need to set it straight, it should remind us all that diving can be dangerous (even in open water), that practicing 'emergency skills' will help lessen the likelihood of panic in a bad situation, and that anytime you aren't ready physically or mentally to dive -- don't!
 
They've been getting some of the big kahunas of cave diving posting over there lately. There have been some pretty good reads from some of the pioneers, I hope it keeps up
 
For a moment there I thought George might not be perfect... but then I saw his post later where he says "I have nothing to explain and a perfect record"
Well, I guess that settles it.
