I went to West Marine and bought some packages of SOLAS grade reflective tape and have among other uses placed it on my SMB, bottom and top of fins, top of snorkel and back of BCD. Seems to adhere remarkably well and has managed to keep its ability to reflect after several hundred dives.
SOLAS = safety of life at sea, I think in the US 3M is the major manufacturer, but any way it comes out of the IMO law of the sea treaty.

LDS or search online! alternative create some from materials sold at Home depot, or such hardware stores.
