Upside Down Jellyfish?

We were snorkeling in the back waters at DuBois County Park at Jupiter Inlet, Florida. We came across a creature that looks like an upside down jellyfish on the bottom. We tried to see it's underside, and it went back to it's original position. I found 2-3 of them as we were snorkeling. They ranged in size of 12" in diameter to the smaller one that was 2-3" in diameter. Any ideas?

This is an upside down jelly. We see them occasionally at Blue Heron Bridge.

I tried snorkeling there once, the water was incredibly murky but I kept swimming further. Visibility was about 1ft. and there were upside down jellyfish EVERYWHERE. I didn't know whether or not they could sting, so I couldn't wait to get outta there.

It has been known to happen...

Huh? In most cases, they are happy to exist on the bottom of the ocean. Most that are photographed off the ocean floor have been coaxed to swim in open water...
