My wife will start her OW cert this weekend and I have my rescue diver cert. We plan on doing a few lake dives to get familiar with diving with each other. We have family in SoCal and I'm wondering if any one has experience with some easy shore dives in the Ventura area or even San Diego. Recommendations on exposure suits is welcome too.
 
Well for San Diego there is always La Jolla (Cove and Shores). As far as exposure suit, I dive SoCal waters with a 7 mil.
