I've got a 3-ring-bound photocopied version that I'll send you for free (English). If it's for "collecting", (which I presume it is, hence the desire for the hardcover and published language being irrelevant), then I apologize and I hope you find one!

It's such a tough read, like an engineering textbook ate a medical treatise and barfed it up. Interesting material and I understood it all, (it really helped my understanding of deco), but reading it is a grind, IMHO.
