Thanks for replying. Yeah, knew the east side was supposed to be open in the (last) spring. I was there about a week ago and just automatically went to the west end. But since then, I heard that a) it was and b) it was being dived like you said. Guess like my buddy said, head down to the east end and claim ignorance if somebody says something.
