I have got an offer to buy 2 barely used Faber cylinders.
I wanted some help with what the markings mean before I commit.
There are 2 cylinders. One is white and the other yellow.
What I understand is that the white one is a low pressure 200 bar 12 liter cylinder tested to 318 bar and the yellow one is a 15 liter low pressure cylinder tested to 318 bar.
Please correct me if I am wrong and help me with what the rest of the markings mean.
Thank you

:: CE0038UT 4.5MM 1002 AIR SOPRA SSUB BREATHING APPRATUS
:: 14.1 KG V12.0 LPS 200BAR AT 15 C PT 318BAR TS-50-65 C 2 2009/06
