Just wondering if someone can help me. I want to buy some delrin thumbscrews for my STA to attach to my plate. Has anyone done this? Is it recommended and what is the thread size?

Thanks

Jon

If you go onto Deep Sea Supplys website and take a look they sell them in three sizes 8mm, 5/16 and 3/8 I believe. I use the 5/16 for no other reason than they were the size bolts supplied with my Halcyon STA, which looks very similar to the Hollis STA in fact so similar Ill bet they are identincal save the logo. If I were to buy more I would likely buy 8mm as all the places I live are metric so makes buying replacement bolts much easier.
