Sorry for the delay.
I do have some good shots from Friday and Saturday.
Unfortunately, my pc at home is on the fritz.
Hopefully I'll be able to get them out tonight.

Scott the few from Secret Beach that came out ok are up there now too. Along with 2 that came out pretty bad, but were kind of funny...at least if you were there anyway.

There are some cool ones in there.
Damn I have to get that housing for my digital!
Hey if you don't mind, could you send me some higher res shots, to use for the website design. Especially those really wide angle shots of the commet?
Like the two right before that surface shot and the 2 right before the close up of the van. I don't have any that are that clear or that show the whole boat, which is what I really need for this design.

I almost have the bugs worked out, I think it was the blaster.
I lost MS office and Outlook.
Those aren't the comet. I'm not sure what it's called, misc. cabin cruiser I guess. Looks a little like a 55 chevy to me.

XJae,
Those shots are great. Now I'm kicking myself for not going. Looks like it was a perfect day for diving.

Hey Folks,
I really know nothing about taking underwater pictures... however - one thing I noticed is that when pics are taken of divers with neon on them (aka - the octo, or the safety sausage)... those areas are so bright in the pics that even with good retouching you lose a lot of detail in OTHER parts of the pics and don't get the colors right anyhow...
Any ideas besides "don't wear bright things..." ;)
Thanks!

From what I've heard the position of the strobe has a huge effect on backscatter and those hot spots you talk about.
Hence the BIG long arms on the higher end housings. To move the strobe away from the lens, and to allow you to angle it so it's not pointing parallel to the lens.
