I'd try to find a shop with an agency you certified with, and if they don't have them on hand, I'm sure they can order them for you.

You can laser print them out onto either water proof paper or onto transparency material. I do it all the time.

You can also laminate the NOAA tables.
You think finding tabes is difficult, try finding metric ones. I finally found a shop on Guam that had some PADI metric tables.

Before I left Guam I was on the hunt for some metric PADI ones just because I knew they were probably not going to be available for much longer.

Did you get them when you did your OW and Nitrox classes and lose them? I would talk to your shop, I am sure they can get them for you or already have them.
