I'm using 8kg of weights when diving with 5mm suit. The thing is, the Ranger BC I bought doesn't have rear trim pockets, so when it comes to weight integration I can use only side pockets. I've put one 2kg weight in each pocket and the other 2 weights I put on the weight belt in the position so that they are right behind my back when I put the belt on. That seems as the most logical way to place distribute the weights but I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions to make? Thanks.

There are a ton of was to add weight to a BC. You could add a tank strap or use an existing tank strap to hold weight. I think on the tank is likely your best bet for non-ditchable weight.
