Dive ops in San Diego/La Jolla

Any recommendations for a dive op in San Diego or La Jolla.....I will have only one day to explore while there for work, would like to enjoy it underwater. Have been to Coronado Islands previously. Either boat or shore OK, but I'll need to rent some stuff and don't know the area, so would like to go with a dive op. Any suggestions appreciated.

You can get kit from Ocean Enterprises on Balboa and then dive at La Jolla Shores - probably the easiest way to go (just my opinion).

They're closed on Monday/Tuesday

La Jolla Shores or La Jolla Cove are the most obvious shore dives, the Humboldt (Waterhorse charters), the Marissa, and the Loise Ann obvious dive boat choices for wreck alley/kelp dives.
