I have the macromate one which works quite well. It mounts using a bracket that tightens around the barrel of the port and the lens itself is hinged to the bracket so you can flip it out of the way when not shooting super macro,
I got mine at Backscatter. They're not exactly cheap, but it works great.

They have a press fit quick mount system, but also have 67mm thread so they can be used on ports from other manufacturer having these thread in the front.

I've been personally using a Subsee adapter + diopter and I've been very happy with the results. There are a bunch of sample photos on the +5 and +10 diopter pages. - Scott
