These look almost brand new. Got them for my dry suit and they were a little to big for my rock boots. Would fit a foot mens size 9 thru 11 in a rock boot i'd say pretty easily. look brand new almost. I have a picture if you're interested.
Fins retail at $140
Straps retail at $50
I'd take $75 total or best offer
 
If these will fit a sz 12 foot in a wetsuit boot, I'd like to see pictures. My oldest son has got his Navy EOD school package together to submit when he returns from Afghanistan in March. As the proud Dad I am putting together an equipment package with the same equipment he'll be using in school.
