Totally disgusting Carl, especially the way they flaunt the dead fish.
Although the Napoleon wrasse is a protected specie, I think there are parts in Guam that allow you to hunt them.
I'm not sure if that is the case with this spearfishing outfit, but it is nonetheless bad form to post such things imho
