The VVI in January

I'm planning on going on a cruise through the US and British Virgin Islands the first week of January!!! Any recommendations on Dive sites/dive shops/dive operators? My itinerary is
Day 1 St. Thomas/Crown Bay (Embark)
Day 2 Jost Van Dyke/Sopers Hole
Day 3 Road Town, Tortola
Day 4 Virgin Gorda
Day 5 Salt Island/Norman Island
Day 6 Cruz Bay, St. John
Day 7 Christmas Cove/St. Thomas
Day 8 St. Thomas (Disembark)

I have used Dive BVI, and Baskin in the Sun. The first one in Virgin Gorda, and the second in Tortola.
Both were expensive ..85.00 for two tanks ..plus I tip ..
Both were just OK ..but I haven't heard of anyone else being much better either.
Be sure to dive the Wreck of the Rhone, from either location.

As for St. Thomas, I have dove with three different dive ops and would not even give any of them the benefit of mentioning their names.

I know some people like Bluedivers in St. Thomas ..I have never used them as one of the three.
