I am looking at these two to use for warm water diving, and in 99% of the cases, in destinations that require flying.

Similar features, companies both have reputation for good gear and so on. Any thoughts from you experienced people out there? I know there are a huge bunch of wings and vests out there, but these are what I boiled it down to: price is right, weight is right and so on. Now, if anyone can come up with a far superior solution to both these for the same price I would be happy to hear it, but until then just give me your thoughts
