If a LP tank has the + stamped on it next to the born on date does the + have to be restamped after each hydro or is the original + good for the life of the tank?

Does that mean a LP95 needs only 2400 to have 95 cubic feet of air or do you need to have the + 10% to get the 95 cubic feet?
