yes, there is one at MDA. I think his name is William. You can call and ask. He is an older instructor who is also a student at the local college.
You can always hop the flight up to Okinawa for a long weekend for the course - we teach both recreational and technical sidemount.
Talk to Luis cabral. He knows everyone and everything thre is to know about diving on Guam.
