I have been looking at Google maps and Earth and from looking at them I notice that the south jetty to the Ft. Pierce inlet looks as if it is set up for foot traffic. If so I was wondering is it possible to walk out on the jetty and get in the water for shore entry? I know there are boulders there but don't know if they would allow you to enter the water at this location or if you have to enter using the beach? Figured this would cut down on the swim out and you could exit using the beach. Any info would be great.

Pepper Park a mile or so north is an easy beach entry. I just read a Deep6 Dive Shop report today indicating decent viz for the weekend. 6 in Vero Beach and Dive Odyssea in Ft Pierce might have some info..............

just came back from Pepper Park. the ocean was like glass but only 3' viz. tomorrow (sunday) should be better and we'll be there again around 9:30/10:00
