Into The Lions Mouth : The Story of The Wildrake Diving Accident
A book that I think every diver should read ....
I could not put it down, start to finish.
It is about an incident everyone in oilfield diving knew about, and now we can read about it.
These incidents are not in the past as we know from the recent tragedy in the Persian Gulf.

Here is what people are saying about it:

Into the Lion's Mouth by Michael Smart

Hey Bombay,

I'm 2/3rd's through it - Christ it is maddening to read what happened to those lads! During my deepsea days I witnessed two bell accidents, topside for one & in storage for another - both had much happier endings than the Wildrake FUBAR.

Can you link me to the Persian Gulf incident you mentioned? Thanks.

Regards,
DSD
