As usual I have agreed to be one of the presenters at Scubafest this year. This year I will only be doing one presentation. That presentation will be on diver communication. When, Why, How, and Where will be covered as this seems to be a source of great misunderstanding among new divers and some not so new ones as well. As soon as I have a schedule from the committee I will post the info.
