I heard there was a new dive shop opening up in Oshawa some kind of Technical diving shop does any one know anything about it.

Do you mean 2Beez Training in Whitby? They are SDI/TDI and PADI
 
Who Knows could be, I heard Steven Lewis AKK Doppler was offering training out of there as well.
