Yeah, they "ran out of gear," so the instructor could get behind the hot female student. 
Looks like he is taking his doll for a tour or the dive site.

Wow.....what a DB
I am pretty sure that this picture was taken by the BBC crew when they were on location filming the mating rituals of Cradle Robbing DM's. (I am making the assumption that this was a DM so if I am wrong I apologize)
