DAN Europe - Do they answer emails at all?

I am a DAN Europe member currently in the US (and therefore it is quite difficult to call their non-emergency number).

All emails to their main office and UK office have gone unanswered.

Anyone know how long they take to get back to an email inquiry?

Both my emails were responded to quite quickly, but without access to my email at present I can't tell you which email address I used to contact them on or how long it took.
The first problem/query they answered and fixed really quickly. The second email, I'm still not entirely sure that my question was adequately answered, but they did reply.
