I just returned from a trip down to Key Largo, FL where I participated in The Coral Restoration Foundation's two day program! This was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it to all divers!

During the program you go diving in the "coral nursery" where you get to work hands on with the corals! The second day I was able to do restoration dives on Molasses Reef! I planted staghorn corals on the reef. It was incredible to look back as I was swimming away and see all of the corals I just put on the reef!

It was such an amazing opportunity! The staff of CRF are all great to work with and they made the experience one that I will never forget! It was great to give back and help restore the reefs that I love to dive on!
