Looking to buy this setup as my first regulator and the guy is asking 250$ for it. Is this a good price for an 8 year old blizzard? He originally wanted 300 for it.

More like 10-15. Not a big deal as these things will last forever. Offer him 225 tops if it's been recently serviced. 175 if not.
