I've screwed the wireless transmitter into a HP port using a little grease on the o-ring like a normal HP hose. Do I need to do anything else? The manual doesn't address installation.

TIA!

We put our transmitters on a short hose, signal is a bit better and it stops people trying to use them as a handle when they are not familiar with the gear.

That's all I did with my transmitter. "Just hand tite, don't use a wrench" is what I was told by the dive shop. They installed it for me when it was new, but I asked. I did have to remove it and re-install it when I sent it in for first year service to Oceanic. That service was required to keep year two of factory warantee intact.
