I just heard a news clip claiming a woman who "might have been scuba diving" was pulled from the water and is in critica condition. Anybody know anything about this?

BTW....I put this here because there maybe nothing relevant for the A&I forum if she was not diving.

I was down there today Friday April 13 at around 1:00 and saw 3 divers to men and one woman, if it's the same group they looked fine when I drove by but than again they didn't do there dive yet, hope she is fine if it was.

I hope the city doesn't put up a no scuba diving sign there now.

i would like to know why she couldn't swim or keep herself afloat

Who knows. It could be a number of reasons she was just off shore like 30 feet out.

Let's wait and see what happened before we speculate. Let's come together as divers in spirit and hope for the best for now. The time to dissect what happened will come, it just is not now.

It is not anyone in the mississauga scuba club as far as I know.
