Where to perform confined water exercises around Milwaukee.

I am a Milwaukee resident but I currently run my own dive company in Phuket Thailand. I will be home during the summer months and have a few friends and family members who want to become certified divers. Where can I perform the confined water skills pools, or inland lakes? I have a few inland lakes in mind out by Wales and Occonomowoc. I am also looking to rent a pontoon boat as well so anyone know of any places with reasonable rates would be helpful.
