NeoSport vest quality?

I'm looking at getting an inexpensive vest to use for pool work and warm weather vacation diving. I have that vest. I layer it over a 3/2 full suit for a little more warmth. Also wore it a couple of times for a sprint triathlon. Only used it perhaps 10 or 12 times so far, but it is holding up great. Seems to be well made, zipper works well and stays up, price is definitely right.
