Can't update my Aeris Computer Interface SW

Updates tells me that there is a new version (2.2.9) available (I'm running 2.2.5). However, when I try to download it, I get a popup saying that the NTVDM CPU envountered an illegal instruction. Any ideas? I'm running win7.

We can't duplicate this. While we continue to look into it - are you able to download and install the update directly from our web site?
